At RC Studio Cloud, we strive to provide high-quality photography services through our Photography SaaS platform, Studio as a Service (SaaS). We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds will be granted, as well as the process for requesting refunds for payments made through Razorpay.
By subscribing to or purchasing services from RC Studio Cloud, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. One-time Payment Plans
RC Studio Cloud offers one-time payment-based services with various variants available with the SaaS offerings. The applicable fees for each offering are clearly outlined on our website at the time of subscription.
No Refunds for Used Services
Once you have accessed or used our services, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Inaccessibility: If, due to technical reasons on our end, you are unable to access our platform or services for a prolonged period (over 48 hours) and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.
- Incorrect Charges: If you are charged incorrectly due to a payment processing error or billing mistake, a full or partial refund will be provided.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same service or subscription due to a technical issue, we will refund the duplicate charges.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind after purchasing or subscribing to a plan, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Violation of Terms of Service: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our [Terms of Service](link to terms), you will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Submit a Request: Email us at payments@rcstudio.cloud with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following details:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Date of payment
- Transaction ID (as provided by Razorpay)
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Review Process: Once your request is received, we will review it and respond within 7 business days. During this time, we may request additional information to verify your identity and review the transaction in question.
- Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process it through Razorpay. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Payment Gateway Fees
Any payment gateway fees charged by Razorpay (or any other third-party payment processor) may not be refundable. The refund will cover only the net amount received by RC Studio Cloud after Razorpay’s fees.
