By using or accessing our platform and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the services.
1. Definitions
- “Service” refers to RC Studio Cloud’s Studio as a Service (SaaS), which provides access to photography-related services like Praudha, Yuva, Zizu, and Creative Books.
- “Platform” refers to the RC Studio Cloud software platform, accessible via the web or application interface.
- “User” refers to any individual or entity who uses the RC Studio Cloud services.
2. Eligibility
By accessing or using RC Studio Cloud, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Services Provided
RC Studio Cloud offers the following services:
- Photography SaaS (Studio as a Service): A Photography services based out of the slots which will allow us to capture your fantasies to life.
4. Payment
- Payment: Users agree to pay all fees associated with the selected SaaS offerings. and are listed on our website.
- Non-payment: If a payment is not received, RC Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
- User Data: All images and content uploaded to RC Studio Cloud by the user remain the property of the user. RC Studio Cloud does not claim ownership over user data, and we care about your privacy.
- Data Protection: RC Studio takes reasonable steps to protect user data and ensure its security in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
- Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided by RC Studio Cloud, including but not limited to software, designs, templates, and proprietary tools, remain the intellectual property of RC Studio.
7. Service Availability
RC Studio Cloud aims to provide a seamless experience but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates, which may cause temporary service interruptions.
8. Cancellation and Termination
- Cancellation: Users may cancel their service within 24 hours of the Slot being confirmed by contacting hello@rcstudio.cloud
- Termination: RC Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account if it is found in violation of these Terms, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
RC Studio Cloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or services.
10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RC Studio Cloud, its officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to the Terms
RC Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
